The couch came quickly and was super easy to put together, so appreciate that!
The couch does feel a bit cheaply and the cushion are alright but I wouldn’t say “cloud like”. I’m hoping it will last for a little while but the cushion covers are already getting stretched out and the padding is already changing shape after 2+ weeks so I’m not sure I would recommend.
I was a bit concerned about ordering a couch that never sat on that was difficult and expensive to return, but the price and appearance most it worth the risk. It arrived in 8 boxes and was much easier carrying in than a completely assembled couch. Assembly wasn't too bad, just missed the part where the pillow tops were stuffed inside the bottom of couch. After a week, the family still loves it and living room looks amazing. Strongly recommend for its reasonable price and customizable options.
