The couch quality is great, but I have three issues with it.
First, the seat cushions are a little too firm. Over time they seem to be softening up, but not a whole lot.
Second, the seat depth us super shallow. I thought the depth of 27" would be fine, but the back cushions are pretty thick, and take a lot of your seat depth away.
Third, the seat back is straight up and down. This is very uncomfortable. I ended up cutting some wedges out of wood and fitting them in between the seat back and the brackets so the back sits at an angle. This has helped a bit with the comfort level, and surprisingly makes the seat depth a little better as well.

Love the new Corner, wish the sizing was enough that i could still put the other edge piece next to it, bit it wont fit.

The communication between the people there and the costumer is a desastre. I have been trying to contact them with no response from them.

Everything is holding up great especially with two large dogs and the winter weather. Easy to clean and love the ability to switch around as needed with little effort

Overall seems to be a good purchase. The cushions are on the firm side. The seats are a bit narrow in depth but with the ottomans works really nice. I wish the cushions had Velcro or some other way to attach as they do move around. The quality seems good so far. It will take time to see how well it holds up.
