The couch is fine. The back rest could be a little higher. The ottoman/couch cushions tend to slide around and are easily slid off the bases. There is nothing to secure them in place.

We're loving the versatility of our couch. Can't say anything about the longevity of it yet but so far it's holding up well with two Lab/Rottweilers that love playing on it and a two year old as well.

I bought the Rubik III 2 seater plus ottoman. I liked being able to choose my pieces and fabric. My favorite feature is the removable,washable covers. It is very firm, but comfortable. It's great for extra seating or to take a nap on. It was extremely easy to put together, my teenage son did it all by himself. My other favorite feature is the storage! I loved the price, under $700 for my 2 seater with ottoman. I had seen some similar for less, but they weren't washable, and some didn't have storage.
I liked how well the modular pieces are held together.
The only tiny criticism, if you will, is I wish the storage areas' lids were hinged and stayed up, instead of having to remove the cushion AND storage area cover every time I wish to use it. But again, that is a very tiny inconvenience, more like a personal preference. But overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase

The direction are simple yet not complete. Sectional is comfortable and very upright which we like. yet roomy enough for a nap. Customer service is lacking, delayed response time by days.

We ordered a 5 seat couch with a console. The seats are firm, comfy, and soft! The console came broken, but the customer service was great and they replaced the furniture is a timely manner!
