2Am I in your shipping area?
We only sell and ship our products in the United States by far. However, please note that we do not provide sales services to the following remote areas : Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands.
3How to return the product?
Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged, saleable, with the original packaging. Otherwise, additional expenses will be incurred because the goods cannot be resold. Additionally, all returned items incur the cost of return shipping.You need to pay for it yourself.
We can credit back the refund to your original payment method or return the amount via other money transaction platforms. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. For credit card refunds, we will start refunding, once we received items at our warehouse. The actual refund date is based on the bank processing cycle which normally takes 3-5 business days.
